As a trauma-focused therapist with a passion for healing, I am dedicated to empowering individuals on their journey towards wholeness. My expertise lies in trauma therapy, and I am trained in evidence-based modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness techniques, and other effective therapeutic approaches. Additionally, I offer a unique perspective, with training in psychedelic-assisted therapy and psychedelic integration support. I firmly believe in the transformative potential of these modalities when utilized responsibly and ethically, and I am committed to providing a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space for clients to explore and heal their inner worlds.
